課程目標
本課程旨在引導學生進行反思性學習,並幫助他們培養實務技能。本課程所教導的知識、技能和價值觀將幫助學生理解負責任的個人、家庭成員和公民的角色。
課程旨在讓學生:
- 建立對食物、布料和家務操作的知識和審美態度,及其相關技巧和創作。
- 了解物料和工具的選擇原理及安全使用的原則。
- 欣賞科技的快速發展如何影響人類的日常生活,並促進培養優質生活。
- 培養對健康生活方式的正面態度
課程內容
本課程採用校本課程及多種評量方式,以滿足不同的學習需求。
家政課程內容分為三個部分。
- 食物、營養與飲食讓學生認識食物與健康之間的重要關係
- 家居與家庭讓學生掌握運用家居資源的原則和技巧
- 針黹、服裝與設計探討布料纖維的特性,設計原理和縫紉技巧。
