6B Wong Mei Yee and Liao Ka Yin participated in a dialogue on sustainable development with Mr. Tai Sheung Shing, Victor, JP, the Under Secretary for Housing, HKSAR. The event, organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Education for Sustainable Development, was held at Queen’s Hill Estate. They explored the environmental design of the estate and discussed strategies for applying sustainable elements in public housing, youth involvement in environmental advocacy, and career opportunities in green technology. Through this activity, the students gained a better understanding of the importance of promoting sustainable development in Hong Kong.
